I'm Becoming a Mortician || Here's Why

I have to admit I'm probably not the best as sharing my personal life and feelings - even to those who are close to me. I could sit here and blame it on my astrological sign (Scorpio) but, lets be honest it's just a me thing. I've never been one to share my views or feelings unless I'm directly asked because I just always thought they were just ideas/feelings that are important to me but no one else would be particularly interested BUT, this new journey into becoming a mortician is something I really wanted to share. So sit down and get ready to read some things about me and my feelings about death and funeral services.

Cult of Vipers - One of a Kind Serial Killer Clothing Pieces

It's been a long time but I'm stepping back into my blogging shoes and I wanted my first blog back to be about a project I've been working on and a couple pieces I will be releasing early in order help pay for my pup, Lily's surgery. For those of you that don't know while I was away visiting my boyfriend in Utah she was hit by a car. She's doing pretty well but she had a few leg and hip fractures so she is going to need surgery to get her walking properly again. If you know me or maybe even if you don't but, you follow me on social media you'll know that two of my passions/pass-times are makeup and creating a mind vault of extensive serial killer and true crime knowledge that I constantly blurt out to the world. On the less spoken about (on social media) I am also really passionate about thrifting and upcycling/crafting/DIY. So last year I decided to mix some of these passions together and give some pieces I've found at the thrift store a serial killer themed upcycle. 

Hi Smile Teeth - Teeth Whitening Kit Review

Teeth whitening isn't something I've ever really gotten into in the past. The last time I tried to whiten my teeth before this was in 2013. I used those whitening strips you get from the store and they made my teeth so sensitive I didn't even want to eat, drink, or breathe out of my mouth in the slightest. I swore not to attempt it ever again and I was under the presumption that all whitening regimens made your teeth super sensitive. Obviously, since then I've realized that wasn't the case but the experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth so I never really gave it a thought until I decided to try the Hi Smile Teeth Whitening Kit.

Is it just me or is autumn whizzing by and winter is nipping at its heels. I’m trying to soak up every moment of getting to wear boots, light layers, and leather jackets before I’m walking around bundled up to the point of looking like the mall goth version of the Jet Puff Marshmallow Man. With that being said, as I am sure you are all aware I basically wear all black all the time – it’s easy to wear and it gives me a sleek canvas to add pops of color.

Milk Makeup Blur Foundation | Review

I've really been into BB creams and sheer to medium coverage foundations for the past few months so I was pretty surprised when I tried out the new full coverage Blur Foundation from Milk Makeup and totally fell in love with it. OKAY, I'm not really shocked because I love the Milk Makeup brand but, I am surprised that I've been so obsessed with it, constantly grabbing for it, considering the fact that I've been really embracing my freckles and letting them breathe.

I'm not going to lie I really didn't have a specific vision when I was doing this look but, after I was finished I couldn't help but think of flaming hot Cheetos or fire. I was mostly thinking about the Cheetos though, I'm always hungry.
