Make Up For Ever Artist Shadows I-824, M-816, D-862 | Review

[From left to right D-862, M-816, and I-824]

Make Up For Ever is one of my absolute favorite brands on a multitude of levels. They have such great quality products with such a wide range of colors that there is something to suit absolutely everyone from the conservative to the bold risk taker. In the not so distant past MUFE redid all of their Artist Shadows so I decided to pick up a few. These shadows are individually packaged in their pans with a temporary plastic casing so that they can be easily placed into an empty MUFE palette or your own customizable palette (z-palette, etc.) This is great because it makes it easy to customize your makeup to your needs. Each shadow is $21 a piece and it is $1 to add the plastic palette but, if you purchase a duo you get $9 off and if you purchase a trio you get $20 off. I think its quite worth it to stock up in trios because you're basically getting a shadow for free!

Glamglow Gift Sexy | Review

Since the holiday season is well under way in the retail world I figured now was a good a time as any to start posting about some holiday gift sets that would make awesome presents for your loved ones or yourself. Gift sets are a great way to try out new products and add some new favorite products to your list without breaking the bank or wasting money on products that end up being complete poo.

Nars Light Reflecting Loose Powder | Review

Nars makes two types of the Light Reflecting Powder, one pressed and the other loose. The pressed powder is best for dry to normal skin because it has more of a shine while the loose powder is better for normal to oily skin because it gives a more matte look and has only a slight sheen. So I guess if you have normal skin you really luck out because you can't really fail in picking the style of powder that will work for you. For obvious reasons I went with the loose powder ( I am an oily monster.) I was nervous enough to be trying a light reflecting product and there was no need to take a risk on the pressed powder if it wasn't really going to suit my skin type.

My Favorite Beauty Tips, Tricks, and Hacks

In every aspect of our lives there are things that we do to make life a little bit easier and the beauty department is no exception. God knows that no one has any time to in their lives to make stuff harder than it needs to be. I don't think there is one person in this world that would willingly do things the hard way and if there are such people they are probably rightfully labeled as masochists. In order to save my sanity, at least the beauty part of my life, I decided to put together a few of my favorite simple beauty tips, tricks, and hacks to share with all of you. Hopefully they will make your lives  a little easier too.
