If you weren't already aware, manga, refers to japanese cartoonage in which the female characters have cute big buggy eyes with over emphasized long, thick, spiky lashes. So as the name of this mascara suggests it promises to give you just that.
The Miss Manga mascara comes in three shades: Blackest Black, Black, and Black Brown (you know the typical shades.) I decided to pick up the Blackest Black shade. The mascara has a pretty creamy formula that isn't wet but, isn't too dry either. This makes it a great mascara for getting volume while not allowing the mascara to smudge all over the place or transfer like many wetter mascaras do. The formula also works well with your lashes so that they are fully and evenly coated. It builds up well to allow you to get the perfect amount of volume and length without having to worry about flaking. The first coat gives some length and a little separation while the 2nd and 3rd coats give more volume and thickness without being too clumpy and spidery.
The mascara has a 360 degree Flexor Brush which bends and bounces as you use it. In this the brush moves with your lashes while the brush grips onto them. The brush has very thin and tapered fiber bristles allowing you to easily get all of your lashes including the small ones on the inner corners of your top and bottom lashes. it's not idiot proof, nothing really is, but it makes it way easier to apply mascara without getting it all around your eyes.
Overall, I really love this mascara because it gives me great volume and length without giving that "I have a taranchula legs glued to my eyeballs" look. Also, as an added bonus its really easy to remove. gentle cleansers and eye makeup removers work just fine and you never have to harshly rub at your eyes to get it off. I've never used any flex wand mascaras before but, I am definitely feeling it!
