Sephora Favorites Spa Radiance Kit | Review

Here's to the second kit in my gift giving series, another ode to the skincare world because lets be honest makeup is amazing and works well as a quick fix but, skincare can really help to give you a strong boost of confidence in your own natural beauty. Skincare is also important because even if you're going to wear makeup everyday it's important to have a good base to work with and to allow everything to go on cleaner and more smooth.

Pampering yourself is important. I know some of my favorite days are when I get to sit back and pamper myself with a nice glass of wine, an exfoliant, and a face mask. It always leaves me feeling reenergized and pretty damn soft if I do say so myself. So why not give a little bit of that R&R to someone that you love.

If you've ever stepped into a sephora you'll know that they have tons and tons of different favorites kits for the holiday season from makeup, skincare, nails, and hair care. There is no way in hell that you couldn't find some sort of kit that would be perfect for a loved one. The kits are a great way to try out new products and to find hidden gems that you need to make a part of your everyday routine. I love this one because it has nine great products ready to help you create healthy glowing skin. This includes three face masks, an eye mask, an eye cream, a cleanser, a serum, a cream oil, and an exfoliator.

Boscia Luminizing Black Mask - I seriously love everything about this mask. It is probably the most satisfying peel off mask I have ever used because it basically works like a giant pore strip, removing all the grit and grime from your pores and leaving you with soft, clean, bright skin. All you have to do is apply a generous layer all over your face and let it dry. When its completely dry the mask will usually peel off as one giant piece and you can instantly see brighter skin and smaller pores. As a warning DO NOT get this in your hair... it hurts REALLY bad when you try to pull it off.

Glamglow THIRSTYmud - I've done a full review of this little gem [Here] but, basically this mask is a godsend for tired and dehydrated skin. After wiping off this product your skin feels soft and plump and looks healthy and glowing. You can use it as a quick treatment mask before applying makeup or as an overnight mask for some intense hydration. Also, if you have dry skin you can put on a very thin layer before doing your makeup and leave it on for all day moisture.

Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle Resist24 Pure Retinol Express Soothing Eye Mask- These little under eye masks are perfect for brightening and rehydrating the skin. These are perfect for reducing wrinkles and other signs of aging under the eyes as well as for making you look more fresh and awake after a long night of partying, studying, or crying.

Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Vitamin C Youth Activating Oil - This oil is packed with anti-inflamitories and antioxidants and all tied up with a pleasantly citrus scent to deliver amazing hydration and defense against future skin damage. The oil quickly penetrates into the skin to brighten skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I fortunately don't have any wrinkles yet but I love the way that this leaves my skin glowing... and a little preemptive wrinkle treatment never hurt anyone.

Murad Renewal Cleansing Cream- An amazing cleanser that not only deeply moisturizes but also exfoliates in order to reveal brighter, smoother, more youthful looking skin. This cleanser helps your skin react with water so that it can attract it, bind with it, and retain it. This means that it helps your skin so that it can protect itself from becoming dehydrated and dull.

Josie Maran Argan Infinity Cream Intense Creamy Oil - A creamy oil that can be used for virtually any hydration need. You can use this as a hand cream, a facial moisturizer, a lip conditioning treatment, or even as a illuminator. You can even use it to turn powder shadows into creams. It is so multifaceted that every skin type can find some use for this product even if it is too oily for them to use on their face.

Algenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream - Algenist is one of my favorite skincare brands. Their products always deliver and this Genius Cream is no different. Even though I don't really need to fight off any signs of aging quite yet I still like to preemptively treat the issue. This product boosts skin elasticity while firming and tightening the skin giving it a more youthful appearance and feel.

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Gel Mask - This mask is a great little pick me up for dry or irritated skin by cooling, refreshing, moisturizing and calming. It is great for when your face gets a bit sunburn or is irritated after facials or waxings. I also love it as a quick under eye mask to reduce puffiness.

Kate Somerville Exfolikate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment - A duel physical and enzyme exfoliator that feels like you're giving yourself a quick two minute facial. It brightens the skin while combating acne, blackheads, and discoloration. I wouldn't recommend this product for people with sensitive skin because it is a bit abrasive and can cause some irritation due to the exfoliants in the product. Other than that this is an amazing product for all other skin types. After using this product my makeup goes on so much more smoothly and effortlessly.
