Time is really ticking on the Holiday/Christmas countdown clock. Everything is slowly but surely creeping up upon us and the shopping time is about to be down to the knuckles. I'm personally pretty good at not waiting until the last minute to get too many gifts but, I'm always on the lookout for another good gift to give. Gift giving is that one time where you get to find out how well or how poorly you know your friends. For some reason it's also that fun time of year where you totally blank out on what to give some people despite how well you know them. Now that the holidays are sitting right on top of us I think it's time to take a moment to think about all of the things that we are thankful for. Sometimes we get wrapped up in all the chaos and the "I want" mentality that we don't really take the time to cherish what we already have in front of us. Take time to focus on the haves instead of the have nots. I think that we get so accustomed to always having some things we don't even realize that they are gifts that we should be thankful for.
