Tea Talk Tuesday | Post #52


I'm still waiting for warm spring weather. Up till this point it's just been a few spritzes of warm weather amongst a ton of cold days and even snow...yes, snow... in April. Maybe I'll start getting that Spring time burst of energy when the weather starts acting like it's actually Spring. Until that happens I will continue to feel sleepy and burnt out 24/7.

On the plus side I have at least started working out on days where I'm not about to collapse from working (work doesn't always kill me but I'm in a long stint till Thursday night.) It feels great and I have to say that my sister is quite the intense workout buddy - she's an athlete and in way better shape than I am so she definitely pushes me to do more than I would on my own. I'm definitely someone who is way more motivated to workout when they have someone to do it with because honestly I have no clue what I'm doing and I would be so lost on my own. 

I've also been doing protein shakes in the morning as a meal supplement and I've been adding in my HUM Superfood Powder into them for a little extra boost. I love them but, I need to start making sure my other meals are a bit more healthy otherwise my morning shakes are just moot. 

On an unrelated note I've been trying out a bunch of new makeup goodies! YAY for new things but, I just have to find the time to be able to sit down and write about everything...I'm still working on that whole work life balance thing.
