Another Month, Another hoard of stuff. I feel like most people are getting ready for summer and stocking up on sheer coverage foundation and here I am still swearing by full coverage and stacking on the makeup. I personally have never felt the need to buy a light summer foundation because I'm not outside much anyway and I already own quite a few BB Creams and such for the rare occasion that I go to the beach or a pool - forever livin the hermit life.
- Laura Mercier Silk Creme Moisturizing Photo Edition Foundation: I've loved this foundation before I even bought it and it has 100% became my go-to for my everyday complexion. It's creamy, never cakey, and leaves me looking flawlessly airbrushed all day.
- Jeffree Star Celebrity Skin with Jordana Fabuliner Loco Coco: This is my most complimented lip look of all time. Every time I wear this combo to work I have multiple people from all walks of life asking what I have on my lips. I've had to get real crafty on the fly to throw together some other combinations so they can "get the look."
- Make Up For Ever Artist Shadow M-660: I use a lot of warm neutrals and browns in my eye looks. They are super easy to dress up or down and they look great on virtually everyone. Lately I have constantly been grabbing for the MUFE M-660 shadow because it's a perfect transition color for the crease or on the lid for those smokier days.
- Caitlyn Eye Polish #5 Orchid: The most lovely pop of pinky champagne shimmer. It gives the perfect amount of warmth and glow. I love using it on the inner lid when I'm doing smokier looks and I blend it into the crease with another more taupe color on more subtle makeup days.
- Benefit Roller Lash with Doir DiorShow Overcurl Mascara: Typically I use Roller Lash on my bottom lashes and another mascara on the top but recently I've been putting Roller Lash on the top and bottom and then layering Overcurl over the top. Not only does it give my lashes a little more lift but it also gives me great length with just the perfect amount of volume.
Maybe has the summer scorches forward I'll opt for some fresher and lighter makeup but, then again maybe not. I guess we'll just have to wait and find out what the future holds for my makeup obsession.
