I used to be a big Benefit fan but, it's been awhile since I've tried out any new products from the brand. Not to say that I don't like them because I do, I just haven't found my self as gravitated towards the brand as I used to be. The brand has some hidden gems though should definitely not be overlooked.

Another Month, Another hoard of stuff. I feel like most people are getting ready for summer and stocking up on sheer coverage foundation and here I am still swearing by full coverage and stacking on the makeup. I personally have never felt the need to buy a light summer foundation because I'm not outside much anyway and I already own quite a few BB Creams and such for the rare occasion that I go to the beach or a pool - forever livin the hermit life. 

Benefit Roller Lash | Review

I feel like everyone in the beauty community has their product niches, the one type of product they have a million of and are still constantly buying more of because they need to find the perfect one. For me that's lipsticks and I would say mascara is on the opposite end of that spectrum but, at the same time I could not live without it. Mascara is something I am going to throw on even when I'm not wearing any other makeup because it makes me look so much more awake and less like a little boy. With that being said I might not pine over mascaras but I can really appreciate a good one when it comes into my life. 

New Year's Party Makeup Must Haves

It's New Year's Eve and that means by tonight most of you will be hanging out with friends, kissing the bottle, and if you're lucky kissing a special someone at midnight. Tonight can be a very special celebration with time to reminisce and look forward to the fresh year ahead. With that in mind, I've put a list of makeup must haves for tonight that will make your night and you sparkle just a little more. 

Fall Beauty Favorites | 2014

One of my favorite things about the fall is the makeup transition. I love the warmer and darker colors and the more sultry and mysterious looks. Although I love clean fresh looking makeup; the brasses and golds of autumn really put me in my element. There are few things I look forward to more when the seasons turn and I get to change out my go-to beauty products. It always reawakens some inner creativity and makes me want to try out new looks and styles. It also doesn't help that it gives me an excuse to go poking around looking for more new products that I don't need but, for some reason desperately want. I've picked my 10 favorite beauty products to share with you all and you'll probably be able to tell that most of them are lip products. I did this because I have a serious lipstick obsession and I normally like to make the lips the focal point for a lot of my makeup looks. 

Benefit They're Real! Push- Up Liner Review

Benefit came out with the They're Real! Push-Up Liner June 27th as a sibling to their cult classic They're Real! mascara. I heard a lot of hype around this product during their pre-release but, I hadn't heard anything about it after the fact. Curious, I picked this little gem up from Sephora as a little pick me up gift to myself. I love the They're Real! mascara and I love anything that is going to make my winged liner fool-proof. 

The School Day Face

Hello, Loves! During the week when I have class I never have a lot of time to get ready. This is mostly because I use half of my time to check all my social medias and to give myself a pep talk out of bed. I see no point in doing my makeup to the hilt for class because by the end of the day I'm a greasy mess anyway. I'm not sure why considering the fact that I can work a whole shift and come out just as crisp as when I went in... life is strange. Either way I try to get ready in about 15-ish minutes on the days when I have class. I pop just enough makeup on to look decent and functioning. 

January Favorites

Hello, Loves! I've fallin in love with so many products this month. Some of them were super new to me and others were rekindled loves from my past makeup flings. I can't stand the month of January... it's cold, depressing, and nothing good ever really happens for me during the month but, the beauty product gods have graced me with a silver lining to this cloudy month. 

My On the Go Makeup Essentials

Hello, Loves! I carry a lot of makeup on me at all times. Mostly, my on the go makeup bag is comprised of lipsticks of every shade and finish but, I also always carry around some essentials. It is key in my life to always have a few products I could put a face together with if I am ever in need. My logic behind this is that I'll always have what I need if I have to do any makeup touch-ups throughout the day and if I ever unexpectedly stay out one night I can at least look decent the next day. Sometimes I also use these products even when I know I'm going to spend the night out somewhere because it leaves more room in my bag for an unnecessary amount of clothes and shoes.
