Friday Favorites | Eyeshadow Palettes

While attempting to organize my makeup I stumbled across some of my favorite palettes from the past few years. Needless to say the organizational part came to a screeching halt at that point and has yet to be resumed. Personally, when it comes to palettes I'm the type of person who will use solely one palette for months until I find something else. Typically that leads to me basically wearing the same eyeshadow looks day in and day out until everyone around me is probably sick of repetitively seeing the same thing. As you can probably tell I tend to stick to neutral palettes stacked with warm browns, golds, and the occasional ever so lovely cranberry esque shades. 

Lorac Pocket Pro Palette

Hello, Loves! I love mini versions of just about everything they are just so cute! I'm a total sucker for them so when I saw that my favorite palette, the Lorac Pro, had a mini version I knew I had to have it. It's a neutral smokey eye trio derived from three of the colors from the original Lorac Pro with the same smooth feel and rich pigmentation. You receive Nude (shimmer), Pewter (shimmer), and Espresso (matte). If you have the original palette you're already aware of how well these shadows work. The mattes is rich and opaque and the shimmers can really make your eyes pop.

January Favorites

Hello, Loves! I've fallin in love with so many products this month. Some of them were super new to me and others were rekindled loves from my past makeup flings. I can't stand the month of January... it's cold, depressing, and nothing good ever really happens for me during the month but, the beauty product gods have graced me with a silver lining to this cloudy month. 

My On the Go Makeup Essentials

Hello, Loves! I carry a lot of makeup on me at all times. Mostly, my on the go makeup bag is comprised of lipsticks of every shade and finish but, I also always carry around some essentials. It is key in my life to always have a few products I could put a face together with if I am ever in need. My logic behind this is that I'll always have what I need if I have to do any makeup touch-ups throughout the day and if I ever unexpectedly stay out one night I can at least look decent the next day. Sometimes I also use these products even when I know I'm going to spend the night out somewhere because it leaves more room in my bag for an unnecessary amount of clothes and shoes.
